Tire Pyrolysis Process Description

  • Pretreatment:

Before pyrolysis, waste tyre needs handling by pretreatment machine. The steel wire will be dragged out. And waste tyre will be cut into small pieces.

  • Pyrolysis process of tires:

Put tyre into reactor and heat combustor. When the temperature is up to 180℃, we can get oil gas. When the temperature reaches to 280℃ in the waste to energy plant, oil production process basically finishes. Oil will drop into oil tank.

Oil gas can be recycled to provide heat for the reactor again. Waste oil gas in the reactor will enter into a series of procedures: cooling, removing sulphur, etc. Finally, it is safe to directly reuse processed oil gas.

There are some waste smoke whose temperature reaches to 200℃. After processed by dedusting system, the waste smoke meets emission standards. And the final temperature of the smoke is about 75℃.
