Continuous Charcoal Making Process:
The working method of Beston charcoal maker is continuous. When charcoal processing machine feeds material at one side, the charcoal will generate in the other side. The method of continuous charcoal production raises the working efficiency enormously.
1. Feeding. Put waste into the feeder. Then, feeder delivers waste into charcoal carbonization furnace.
2. Discharging. Heat the reactor. The carbonization process starts. When the temperature is up to 350℃, the charcoal is constantly generated. Formed charcoal will discharge at the end of the reactor, which won’t cause dust flying.
3. Recycling combustible gas.
In the reactor, waste combustible gas can be recycled to provide heat for reactor again. At firstly, waste gas will be cleaned by cyclone dust collector and spray washer. Then, the tar and wood vinegar in the waste gas will be collected by the condenser. Finally, combustible enters into reactor again to provide heat.
4. Cleaning waste smoke.
Besides waste gas, there is high-temperature smoke existing. The smoke with some harmful materials can be directly discharged. After processed by flue condenser and de-dusting system (water washing, water spray and ceramic ring adsorption), smoke can meet the requirement of European Emission.
